Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery unless marked final sale. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include original packaging where applicable.

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, certain items may be non-returnable (for example final sale, personalized products, or opened consumables where applicable).

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are sent to your original payment method. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Unless the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect fulfillment, return shipping may be the customer's responsibility. We will clarify applicable costs during return approval.
